Phoenix Insurance selects INCDENTIVES REWARD-Pro by Incentives Solutions for annual bonuses and wage increase processes
 

Netanya, Israel, Aug 1, 2008 – Incentives Solutions has announced that Phoenix Insurance has chosen REWARD-Pro as a new module for its HR Management Systems; to manage bonus allocation and annual wage increase processes.

REWORD-Pro isdeveloped by Incentives Solutions, specializing in the development of Incentives Compensation Management (ICM) systems. The introduction of the REWARD-Pro enables Phoenix insurance (and other customers), accuracy and creativity in the planning and deployment of its corporate decisions while streamlining all the related bonus allocation processes.
